Einz - What is Einz?

Einz is an end-to-end encrypted app for private messaging and sharing. It is not built for mass social networking â it belongs to two people, or a small circle of people you choose.
No third party can read it
Not even the one running the server.
- Messages, photos, videos, voice notes, and files are encrypted on your device; the server only ever sees ciphertext;
- Keys never enter the server's database â they live only on your device and your companion's;
- If the server goes down, gets dumped, or gets audited, all anyone finds is noise.
Works offline
Local-first: messages are stored on your device first and synced when you're back online. On a plane, on the subway, in the mountains â keep chatting; everything catches up automatically.
What you get
- Duo spaces: a space for the two of you;
- Group spaces: a small circle of people you choose, in the same end-to-end encrypted space;
- Rich messages: text, photos, videos, voice notes, and files;
- Burn after reading: long-press any message to set when it disappears;
- Read receipts: one check = sent, two checks = received;
- Multiple spaces: one phone can hold several spaces, fully separated;
- Your entrances: one entrance per device â revoke a lost device anytime; a shared passphrase and PIN guard the door.
What you don't get
No ads, no subscriptions, no feeds, no "people you may know". Not on any app store â download the build straight from GitHub releases.
Who it's for
For small circles who take "private" seriously: the two of you, best friends, family. Not for crowds chasing noise.
